Hi! I have a bunch of large projects my team works on. Sometimes it's easiest to put a large project into different phases (folders) within the project. So I'd love to be able to send a share/collaboration link to a specific folder so the collaborator can only access that folder (not the whole project.) Thanks!!

Ability to assign viewing and editing permissions to folders

Add the ability to search and filter all assets within a project, even those within subfolders. This would be similar to the "show items in subfolders" feature that is in Adobe Bridge

Add the ability to create crop reference on an image. Crop references would need to go beyond image bounds and users should have the ability to choose from rep-set ratios or unrestrained.

When working on client notes, I like to add the marked up files into my working photoshop file so that I can quickly know what to adjust. Is this something that VeryBusy can do now? When i try to download an image in markup view, it downloads the image without the markups, necessitating the need to screenshot the image and all of the comments to bring into my working file manually.

My team and I like having markups overlaid on our actual files we are retouching to ensure we address every mark up. I saw there was an tip to download and overlay the markups then set to screen, but it's not useful. The png outputs the size to only how large the mark up is, so when I overlay it does not sit on the image in the correct areas.

It could be nice to be able to share a direct link to a specific image or folder within a project - to point someone to a particular asset if needed.

the .gif format isn't really used anymore for use on social platforms like instagram etc. GIF only has 256 colors and is not a good representation for the color depth where an mp4 or jpeg can support millions.

Add an option to hide all thumbnail information and only show thumbnail images while in asset view

Hello! I'd love to have a feature to mark folders and projects as priority. As someone who's team is working on multiple projects at once, that would be helpful to show the priority status on larger product view and folders!

Hello! I manage multiple freelancers with varying project due dates at once. It would be helpful to somehow incorporate a due date visual or function from projects, to folders and even single images. Maybe another section that works like labels that I can input a date? I hesitate to just create it using existing labels function because i want it to always be present even when i have a couple labels on something already. Thanks!! We love VB!

Limit downloads for an in-progress project to guest collaborators, this would help keep feedback on the platform. Ran into an issue where a client was downloading images, marking them up in Photoshop, then emailing them back to me, completely missing the point of VeryBusy!!!! Also, to help prevent a client from downloading and using in-progress images.

I have a 'pre-trash' folder on my desktop. Its the safe haven for files I dont want to delete asap. Some clients, and myself included have deleted a file on R0, or in the mix of things and there goes all the comments and files. There is no recourse. Very Busy needs a 'pre-trash' or at least a temp bin before deletion. Say every 7 days the bin would automatically be emptied. It really sux commenting to a client you deleted their original file and comments. However, I save the Orig files and I am going to just slip this one thru and see if they remember if they wrote comments. Apologize later ?
